The path to profitability has become more and more difficult for health care providers and entities. Practices are forced to adhere to ever changing regulatory guidelines while maintaining clinical excellence. The challenging environment of revenue cycle objectives has, and continues to add, complexity. This complexity, coupled with continued annual reimbursement reductions by Medicare and commercial payers, and increased patient deductible and coinsurance amounts, necessitates the preparedness of the Revenue Cycle Management of organizations.
RMR’s leadership is comprised of a team of professionals who each have a minimum of fifteen years in the health care industry. Our team’s experiences and knowledge base have led to strategies that are key to the Revenue Cycle operations provided to the clients of RMR. We have built a strong reputation in the industry for providing the highest quality of service while always emphasizing the importance of the client, regardless of size.
The major differences in RMR, can be seen in three areas:
FLEXIBILITY – No two clients are the same. Your practice is different, your needs are different, and your team is different. We customize our service to YOUR needs rather than requiring you to change for OUR needs.
TECHNOLOGY – We understand that to achieve success in this industry, a practice must have access to technology. Whether it be understanding an EHR, creating the customized reporting a practice requires, or pulling the data out of your system for collections or system compatibility, our in-house programming team has developed the tools responsible for making RMR among the most efficient in the industry.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – Our motto is simple: Listen to the client. Accommodate the client. Find solutions to best serve the client. Our clients will never reach an automated phone system during business hours. A real person, in one of our offices, will take your call. Every client has a dedicated representative and all staff members are trained on each account so that 99% of the time a client gets the answer they need with one phone call or email.
